Westwend is a changing town. People come to Westwend to build a better and more prosperous future for themselves and their family.

As your representative I pledge to:

  • fight to improve public schooling for our children
  • work to ensure that Westwend is connected more effectively: both its transport and digital connections
  • listen to each and every citizen's problems and help them overcome them.

Westwend needs someone who represents all of our communities and not only the wealthy, who puts people before politics and who keeps their promises.

Let me be that person.

B – Lona Williams

My goal is to restore full services at our local hospital and create free parking for visitors. I pledge to provide better care for the elderly and the most vulnerable in our town.

I will create jobs in Westwend by reducing taxes and red tape. Together we will help families overcome the high cost of living by tackling job insecurity and extending free childcare for working parents.

I will fight for our services and to keep our streets safe.

I will support our rural communities and local businesses.

My priority is people. My priority is you.

C – Jamar Repaci

My first goal is to press for a minimum wage of £10 by next year, and ban zero-hours contracts, which contribute greatly to job insecurity. I will join the fight to scrap highly prohibitive university tuition fees. A good education and a good job should be available to all the citizens of Westwend.

Our planet is in a moment of crisis, and Westwend can play its part. I am committed to investment in renewable energy and will provide tax credits to small businesses that engage in green practices. I will also fight to protect the wildlands around Westwend.

I will fight for fairness in government. I will work to protect our planet.

D – Cliff Slater

I pledge to be a full-time, unsponsored representative for the communities of Westwend. I will give you straight answers to your questions, without using jargon or meaningless statistics. I will maintain a full-time office and hold regular open-door sessions with the people of Westwend.

I promise to promote Westwend as a beacon for business and tourism. I will seek to reduce the unnecessary restrictions government places on people and companies. I will campaign for a more simple and transparent tax system for all.

The time of empty promises is over. Let's bring change to our town. Change for the better.

I live in Italy, in a small town. What is certain is that we need more control of the southern part of the state as it's completely unacceptable that the sanitary system is getting worse day by day. This strongly suggest that we need to improve also the school system and, equally, we should fight more against mafia and its organization once for all.

I would promise better security for the communities and neighborhoods with cams in public places and most frequented sites, improve the transportation system, reduce taxes for entrepreneurs and ensure transparency in the public budget and expenses.

Thanks for the lesson.
Great site!

I hereby pledge to work as a representative for our town and fight for a free education and healthcare system. Everyone in our community should have access to the internet and the free knowledge it provides. Furthermore, I am eager to ensure that our town will be recognized as a centre of prosperity, justice and independent science.

If had to make a political manifesto for my town. I'd make it the simplest as I could. Because for me is useless to use complex informations or projects that won't be understood by the most people. I'd make a summary of my political plan putting things like:
- Better education quality
- Improvement on the economy creating more jobs
- Nature preservation
- Social programs for people who need financial help
With all of that being said, I get to a conclusion that's what my town really needs.

For my current city a good manifesto could be:

1. Focus on security, people need to have security to live and develop Itself.

2. More labor stability. And competitive wages to fix the situation about low wages.

3. Shortly shift of work, long turns only affects the worker, along with low wages it's kinda labour explotation.

4. Fix transportation troubles. The people lose too much time of them lives going point A to B and vice versa.

5. To consolidate the state of right to stimulate foreign investment.

My town has a population of 20 000. Its obvious problems are garbage and unkempt surroundings. My first manifesto would be to provide more public garbage bins and frequent garbage pick ups. The unsightly over spilling bins along the main street could be solved by adding more and bigger bins and more frequent pick ups probably daily or twice a daily instead of once every two days. The overgrown grass and bushes should be mown and trimmed weekly or on a fixed maintenance schedule.

Ishii town has population of 25,000 with 10,000 households roughly.
We are lucky with gentle climate and quite a few natural disasters.
Young people are moving here. One of the reasons may be a good environment in child caring.
On the other hand, we have many difficulties.
First, we are facing the problem of declining birth rate, growing aging population, and rising population of people remaining single.
Second, agricultural population have been decreasing for decades, so that the fields they once cultivated became open spaces. We see them here and there.
Solving these problems is not easy, but I’d like to challenge these fundamental themes.
I pledge to tackle these problems with all my power.
I increase workplaces in my town so that young people can earn enough money to marry and raise a child.
Relating to above partially, I make a budget for the investment in developing new agricultural technology to use the open space effectively.
I’m convinced that we can solve these problems if we get wisdom.

Telling the truth it's hard to make any manifesto in my town or country. The key reason is we are a young democratic state with all the pros and cons.
The cons of course are a lack of democratic tradition and total unreadiness of people to think before elections and take responsibility after.
That's why we've already heard too many promises and pledges, swears, and oathes that it became hard to believe in anything.
So if it would be my manifesto I'll try to make it as simple, honest, straight, and truthful as I can.
I live in my town whole my life and know everything about our problems: about the big ones and the small ones too. All of them will find themselves in my manifesto for sure.
But before I will promise people anything I will make serious research who to solve these problems. It will be to space for empty promises in my words.
And of course, I will try to organize constant feedback with people in my town. This is actually one of the main problems here - lack of communication between authorities and citizens.
