In my country, people put their surname name at the end, however some forms require it first.

No actually que name is first and after write a surname but sometimes if someone requests that surname put first (obviously) we write in first of all but always in my country write que name firstly

In my country, we put our surname at first. when I fill some information in English, I sometimes confused which name to write at first.

In Russia, the name is written on business cards first, and then the surname. In official documents, the surname is written first and then the name.
